medical file complete confidentiality which is subject to our Privacy
Policy. You should read the Privacy Policy which can be found on our
website. This Privacy Policy can be amended at any time and such
amendments will take effect immediately upon their publication on the
website. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance
thereof. Material changes since the effective date of the Privacy Policy
are specifically mentioned. |

conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding between LifeOnKey.com

be brought exclusively in the relevant Israeli court in the state of
Israel. |

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and the Blog Terms of
Use, constitutes the complete understanding between you and LifeOnKey
with respect to your use of the website. You may not assign this
Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful or
unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall
not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. |

Termination |

Agreement, and deny you access to the website. Without limiting the
foregoing, LifeOnKey™ has the right to immediately terminate your right
to access the website in the event that you breach this Agreement or
engage in conduct that LifeOnKey™, in its sole discretion, considers
unacceptable. If this Agreement is terminated, you will no longer be
authorized to access the website. In the event of termination, the
restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded, copied
or otherwise reproduced from the website, the disclaimers and
limitations of liabilities and the indemnification set forth in this
Agreement, shall survive. |

the case of LifeOnKey) or to the email address you provided during your
use of the Website, or such other address as either party may specify.
Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after an email is sent, unless the
sending party is notified that the email address is invalid or that the
message was otherwise returned as undeliverable. Such emails shall
satisfy any legal requirement that communications be made in writing. |
