She is presently responsible for the management and guidance of the global company, the technology and new business development in the United States. Dr. Harnevo is an avid entrepreneur, and a renowned expert in visualization technology in Israel and abroad. She has many years of experience in executive management, software design, software development and expert system design. Dr. Harnevo has served as a senior consultant in leading technology companies in the USA, Europe and Israel and serves on the Board of Directors of publicly traded International companies.

Moshe Farin – Co-Founder, General Manager – Europe and Israel
Mr. Farin together with Dr. Harnevo provide the business vision of the Company. He is also responsible to ensure that the Company is able to achieve its vision and goals through sophisticated business models. Mr. Farin joined Dr. Harnevo to commercialize the LifeOnKey™ and is responsible for the business development in Israel and in Europe. Mr. Farin has over 20 years of experience in management and business development in the Israel Local Authorities Data Processing Center, that are responsible for the computerization of the municipalities in Israel and all significant eGoverment initiatives. Mr. Farin holds a MBA and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and computer science, both from Tel Aviv University.

Donna Halperin, Chief Business Officer, USA
Ms. Halperin is responsible for all sales and business development in the US across each sector of the LOK business. She is an entrepreneurial sales leader with demonstrated success in building cross-platform revenues with B-to-C, B-to-B, domestic and international companies. Prior to joining LOK she was VP Sales and Business Development at The HealthCentral Network and at WebMD, she held the position of Senior Vice President of Consumer Sales and Business Development. The foundation of her overall success has been the combined disciplines of her studies in Special Education meshed with an MBA in Marketing from PACE University.

Rebecca Sive, Vice President, Women's Network, USA
Rebecca Sive will direct the women's-market launch of LifeOnKey™ in the US and develop the related business and institutional partnerships. Ms. Sive has extensive national experience building programs for women in the public and private business sectors, and the philanthropic and community arenas. Previously, Ms. Sive was principal of The Sive Group, Inc., a public affairs consulting firm. Ms. Sive holds an MA in American History from the University of Illinois and a BA in Urban Studies from Carleton College, from which she received the Distinguished Achievement Award.

Shimon Dembinsky – VP Product Development
Mr. Dembinsky is in charge of product development in the company, both in the technology and application level. Before joining LifeOnKey™, Mr. Dembinsky held various key positions leading product development in international companies in multimedia, e-learning, training and other disciplines, including heading the R&D center in Israel for a public US company Edunetics Corp. (later sold to Stack Vaughn). Mr. Dembinsky has been part of the software application and content industry for almost 25 years, and holds a BA in Musicology from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Tara Cousineau, PhD - VP of Content, Community & Social Media
Tara Cousineau, PhD, provides overall expertise in product innovation directed at promoting the best possible consumer/patient experience in managing personal health information and overall wellness. She brings together 10 years of experience in eHealth program development and behavioral medicine. As a former research scientist she received numerous grants from the National Institutes of Health, Small Business Innovative Research Program, to use new technologies in prevention and health education. Dr. Cousineau received her doctorate in 1996 in clinical psychology. Her work has been recognized in peer-reviewed journals.

Project Leader, Software Development LifeOnKey™ applications Mr. Bronstein leads the design and the development of the LifeOnKey™ applications. The applications use ASP.NET technology and SQL Database and the applications developed are subjected to the highest quality assurance and internalization. Mr. Bronstein has over 20 years of experience as a software engineer both in Israel and in the United States including ICQ and AOL.

Shlomi Rosenzweig – Project Leader, Software Engineer, Technology
Mr. Rosenzweig provides practical solutions to the company's technological needs. Within scope of work developed several multi-tiered ASP.NET applications, modules and websites, designed and implemented databases utilizing extended technology expertise. Mr. Rosenzweig has 10 years in computer technologies and software design including Intel. He holds a BA in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzelia (IDC).

Jacqueline Gaulin - Director of Social Media
Ms. Gaulin’s role includes the development and integration of various community building mechanisms, such as blogs, health communities, and social networking. She has more than 15 years experience in journalism, online media, and media relations. She served as a health care reporter, independent consultant, and she has developed online content strategies for several health-related start-ups including Mednetrix and Revolution Health Group, where her management of the Digestive Health Center and the Gastro Girl blog were some of the highest trafficked areas. She has her MA in Creative Writing from Johns Hopkins University.
